What is Abitration?
Arbitration is a submission of controversies, by agreement of the parties, to person(s) chosen by themselves (or by an approved formula) for the resolution of the issues between them.
It may involve a specialized forum, rules and procedures. Local, national, regional and international disputes may be concluded with binding effect.
